Bob Pinkham
Executive Coach
Bob Pinkham is the founder of Procedo Coaching, an executive coaching practice focused on helping leaders thrive. Bob draws upon his extensive leadership experience, developed at Fidelity Investments and CIGNA, to provide personalized, actionable coaching to mid- and senior-level executives worldwide.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Bob has experience coaching professionals in a wide range of industries. He has coached clients in companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporations. His focus is on helping clients overcome obstacles, discover what’s possible, and leverage their unique talents to achieve what matters most to them.
Bob is especially passionate about helping his clients realize more engagement in their work, find a greater sense of meaning in what they do, express themselves more creatively—and thrive.
In addition to coaching clients in the United States, Bob also has experience coaching clients located in several regions and countries across the world.
Bob received his coach training at The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the largest and oldest in-person coach training school in the world, and the first to receive accreditation by the International Coaching Foundation.
Prior to founding Procedo Coaching, Bob worked as a vice president at Fidelity Investments, where he was employed for over 19 years.
At Fidelity, Bob won an Outstanding Leader Award for his ability to “build relationships and credibility … lead by example … and set a high standard of excellence for himself and his team.”
This award was created to recognize leaders who go above and beyond to embrace and demonstrate leadership competencies and drive positive change for business success.
During his time at Fidelity, Bob led various product teams in the development of numerous high-quality, multibillion-dollar investment products designed for long-term investors.
In various roles over the course of his career, Bob gained extensive experience hiring, managing, developing, and leading teams, and was recognized for his ability to identify and develop talent.
He began his career as an associate in GTE Corporation’s financial associate development program.
Bob earned a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Bob has volunteered as a member of various mentorship program committees and has served as a mentor to several aspiring professionals.
Bob has ten years’ experience serving on a non-profit secondary school board. He also served on various board committees, one of which he chaired for five years.
Bob is married, has four children, and resides in the Greater Boston area.
